Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The data controller is Felipe González (Felipe Gon), who runs the Pro Mundo Uno project (“Pro Mundo Uno”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contacto@promundouno.com.
In short: the tool is a content publishing tool (Postiz, self-hosted at panel.promundouno.com) that Pro Mundo Uno / Pro World One uses to publish its own content to its own accounts. It is not a public app, has no external users and does not access third-party accounts.
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- the websites proworldone.com (English, “Pro World One”) and promundouno.com (Spanish); and
- Pro Mundo Uno's internal social-media management tool, Postiz, which we install and operate ourselves (self-hosted) at panel.promundouno.com (the “tool”).
The tool is private. It is used only by Pro Mundo Uno's authorized administrators to manage Pro Mundo Uno's own accounts (@promundouno) on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and other networks. It does not offer accounts or services to the public, and we do not use it to access third-party accounts.
3. Website data
- The website uses no cookies, own forms, tracking pixels or ads.
- Visit statistics: we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), an analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personally identifiable data. It records aggregate data: page visited, referring site, link campaign parameters (UTM), country, device type and browser. It is the only JavaScript on the site and is used only to learn which content and networks bring visits.
- Newsletter: the “Newsletter” button links to the beehiiv subscribe page (promundouno.beehiiv.com). If you subscribe there, beehiiv processes your email under the newsletter privacy notice shown on that page. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- Like any website, our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) may process technical connection data (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
4. Data the tool processes and why
When an administrator connects a Pro Mundo Uno account to the tool, the social network asks for authorization through OAuth and issues an access token (and, where applicable, a refresh token). We use these tokens only to:
- publish Pro Mundo Uno content (videos, images and text) to Pro Mundo Uno's own accounts, when an administrator schedules or approves it; and
- read metrics and basic data from those same accounts (for example profile name, ID and picture, our own list of posts, views, followers and comments) to measure results and respond to our community.
The tool stores: the tokens; the profile name, ID and picture of each connected account; scheduled content and the media files we upload for publishing; and the metrics retrieved. Data about people who comment on or interact with our posts is shown only to the extent the network returns it with our own accounts' content; we do not build profiles of those people.

We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties; we do not use it for advertising or to train artificial-intelligence models; and we do not transfer it unless required by law.
5. Google and YouTube
Pro Mundo Uno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- The tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google user data is used only for the features described in section 4, which are visible to the administrator in the tool. No human reads this data except with explicit permission, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or when aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- Metrics obtained from YouTube API Services are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.
- You can revoke access at any time on your Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
Meta data is used only for the features in section 4 and is also subject to the Meta Privacy Policy. Data-deletion instructions are in section 9.
7. TikTok
TikTok data is used only for the features in section 4 and is also subject to the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can revoke access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, or by emailing us.
8. Storage, security and retention
- The tool runs on a computer administered by the data controller and is exposed to the internet through an encrypted (HTTPS) Cloudflare tunnel. Access to the panel requires an administrator username and password.
- Tokens are kept while the account remains connected. When an account is disconnected from the tool, or access is revoked on the social network, we stop using the token and delete it, together with the data linked to that account, within 30 days at most.
- Published content remains on the relevant social network under its own rules; you can delete it there directly.
- Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.
9. Revocation and data deletion

You can revoke the tool's access and ask us to delete data in any of these ways:
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → select the app → Remove access.
- Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select the app → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center or Website permissions / Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → select the app → Remove.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → Remove access.
- By email: write to contacto@promundouno.com with the subject “Data deletion” and tell us which account or network it concerns. We will delete the data within 30 days at most and confirm by email.
10. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or object to the processing of your personal data under Chilean data-protection law and any other law that applies to you, by writing to contacto@promundouno.com.
11. Children
The website and the tool are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its updated date.
