1. Who we are
Pro Mundo Uno (in English, Pro World One) is a project of Felipe Gon (“we”, “us”). Contact: contacto@promundouno.com. These terms govern the use of the websites proworldone.com and promundouno.com and of Pro Mundo Uno's internal social-media management tool at panel.promundouno.com.

2. Acceptance
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
3. The website
The website is informational and presents Pro Mundo Uno and its social-media accounts. It is provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
4. The management tool
panel.promundouno.com is a private, self-hosted Postiz installation used only by Pro Mundo Uno's authorized administrators to schedule, publish and measure content on Pro Mundo Uno's own accounts. It is not open to the public or to third-party sign-ups. Attempting to access it without authorization is prohibited. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party platforms
Our content is published on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Rumble, Bluesky, Telegram, Kick and others). Their use is governed by each platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the operation or content of those services.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Pro Mundo Uno's text, videos, images, names and logos belong to Felipe Gon or are used with permission. You may share links to our content; for any other use, ask for permission by email.
7. Conduct
Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, to harm or overload its systems, or to attempt unauthorized access to the tool or our accounts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or external links. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version on this page with its date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
